Technical Troubleshooting Information / Downloads

A key part of Seevirtual360's Virtual Tour solution is its Java-based viewing technology. For the Virtual Tour to function properly on your computer it may be necessary to update files in Internet Explorer. Recently Explorer updates have been causing problems with Java Appletts. Follow the below instructions and if this does not fix the problem., Please feel free to call us at: 604-575-1244 or toll free: 1-866-251-1244.

To use this upgrade you must have Internet Explorer version 4.01 or later. If you are not sure what version you have, open Internet Explorer and go to the help menu and click on About Internet Explorer. This upgrade is only applicable for Win 95, 98, ME, XP, NT4.0 users. If you are running Windows 2000 you can download the upgrade from Java.sun.com. To ensure the tours will run properly on your machine, click on the download now button.

Download and install now      (Choose run program from current location, when you                                                    are done you will need to restart you computer)

We have also recieved questions regarding floorplan and other buttons on the tours. If the button is 'greyed' out, this means that the option is not available on that tour.

Mac Users: If you are experiencing problems viewing the Virtual Tours or static shots, please try downloading the Safari browser from www.apple.com.
